Mark Kovalev, founder of Global Housing Custom Homes, Inc., began building homes in early 1999 with a home in Tigard, Oregon. Mark is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland. In spite of the weakened economy he quickly established a reputation for building quality homes.

Mark later expanded to multiple projects in the Tigard area. Because of his reputation in the building community, the homes were well received by local buyers.

Then he began building in the high demand area of Northwest Portland/Forest Heights, an area known for luxury homes. Some of the homes have sold and will resale in the million-dollar range today.

Mark has built homes in West Hills, Garden Home, Beaverton, Portland, West Linn and Wilsonville.

Mark's name and reputation for building quality, market awareness and follow-up with customers, has grown along with time and experience. He now has a well established reputation of expertise in the building industry and looks forward to building your custom luxury home.
